Paying for your purchase over the phone

If you wish to pay for your purchase using your credit card but do not want to purchase online, please complete and submit the information required for the book online, (but do not proceed to the checkout page), and then give our toll-free number a call (1-866-269-6396), and we will be glad to make arrangements with you to receive payment, either by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card over the phone, or by receiving your cheque by mail.

  Shipping

All orders are processed promptly and we commit to a 48 hrs. turnaround time from the date your book is ordered. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email or phone call immediately.
During peak shopping periods such as Christmas, it may take a bit longer to process your order due to the high volume. We appreciate your patience during this delay.

Items are shipped by regular postal service. If you require expedited or other delivery methods please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-866-269-6396  

Orders will be shipped from Canada. Shipping by regular post costs CA$3.50 per item to addresses in Canada and US$5.95 for addresses in the US.
